After leaving messages with two other local companies who did not return my calls, we contacted Independent Restoration Services. Brett came to our house on a Saturday afternoon within an hour of our call to assess the condition of our floor after a toilet overflow incident. He spent the best part of a half hour checking moisture content in the wall, floor and carpet of adjoining rooms and advising us about next steps. It was his determination that we did not need professional help and he did not charge us for his time. In addition, he invited us to text him with any follow-up questions we may have about disinfectant products.
