Last year they took over a water damaged complete floor restoration project, which they don’t usually do. But I was so incredibly fortunate for them stepping in after the demo. The other well known company was not even going to replace the damaged base or platform (?) under the cabinets.
I would give him 6 stars if I could. Brett is the best.

Brett came to our house on a Saturday afternoon within an hour of our call to assess the condition of our floor after a toilet overflow incident. He spent the best part of a half hour checking moisture content in the wall, floor and carpet of adjoining rooms and advising us about next steps.
